Licensed Series Sales Restrictions

Dakota Collectibles is distributing The Flintstones embroidery design software ("the Product") under a license from Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Inc., who retains all of the artistic rights (intellectual property rights) in the Product. You cannot copy the artwork, software, or promotional materials. Our license, with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Inc., contains restrictions upon the sale and resale of the Product.

TERRITORY/SALES RESTRICTION. This Product can only be sold to customers in the United States, its Territories and possessions. These restrictions apply to Dakota Collectibles, its distributors and retailers. Dakota Collectibles cannot sell the Product to distributors or retailers who intend, or are likely, to resell the Product outside of the United States, its Territories and possessions. Dakota Collectibles will use its best efforts to insure compliance with this prohibition, including terminating sales to offending distributors or retailers.

Reproduction and Sale of Embroidered Goods is not allowed. The Flintstones embroidery design software is licensed to the original customer for personal embroidery use only. These embroidery designs cannot be sewn on items for resale.
